Yes, the after hours reply can be set per day. Each day can have it's own time to send after hour replies. These hours can be changed for holidays, etc. You can program the system to reply a message of your choice.

Yes, you can use your office phone number as your texting number. You keep your number, it is not ported, we just add the texting feature to that particular phone number.

Messages are sent out at 60 msgs per minute. If you need to sendout alerts/messages quickly you can opt to use a toll free number, which can be purchased for $5.00/month. With a toll free number you can send out 17,000 messages per hour. We recommend that you only use a toll free number to send alerts/messages that need to be received quickly by your customers.

Yes, you can send MMS (picture) messages and your residents can also send MMS (picture) messages. When sending MMS messages from the platform there is a 2 credit charge for each picture send from the platform. All incoming MMS from customers do not take away from your monthly credits.

Currently our platform does not support video messages.

Billing is automatically debited from your credit card or debit card each month on the same day you signed up for the package, each month.

SENDING BULK SMS

When sending a bulk message you have the option to send to a group of individual customers or to all customers. When preparing to send a bulk message, select "Contacts" and select which contacts you wish to send a message to or select "Groups" to send to entire group.

10 digit number text messages sent via our text gateway are typically delivered to a mobile phone number within 3-5 seconds.. You can send 600 messages per hour using a long code (10 digit) number. If you need to send messages fast, you can utilize a toll free number ($5.00/month) which can send out messages at the rate of 17,000/hour. Generally bulk SMS messages are sent via a toll free number are important alerts or important messages that need immediate attention.

PRICING AND PURCHASING

Nope! You pay month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. The purchased credit for the month are still good until your next billing period.

Monthly packages do not have roll over credits. However, Pay As You Go messages and any additional messages you purchase will never expire.

Yes, there is an auto-renew subscription. When signing up you can choose to auto-renew monthly or you can choose to pay as you go. With the pay as you go credits, the credits will never expire.

Absolutely Yes!! You can send and receive picture messages. We do provide a feature called File Pick. With file pick you can send attachements such as PDF, Pictures, Screen Shots and much more.

WHAT ARE KEYWORDS & SHORT CODES

A Keyword is a short word (which may include numbers) that customers send by text message in order to join your list or receive information back automatically.

A Short Code is simular to the address (URL) of a website. It is a unique location to send text messages to, a location that all cellular carriers are aware of. You typically combine a Short Code with a Keyword to form a call-to-action. For example: "Text KEYWORD to SHORTCODE to join our VIP list.

OPT-INS & OPT-OUTS

To opt-in is to join a list. This can be done by sending a text message containing your KEYWORD to your SHORTCODE, or by entering your phone number into a web-based from. This action signifies that a customer has given you permission to send them a message. Opt-out is when a subscriber wants to quit (remove themselves from) your list. Users can do this quickly and simply by replying to any text message you send them with the word STOP.

SMS API INTREGRATION

Yes, we offer many marketing tools ranging from automatic birthday wishes, to virtual punch cards. Please see the TOUR page for additional information.

If any issues caused due to SMSC or SMS pushed on any DND numbers, we will credit that much SMS in your account within 48 hours. We are not responsible for any issues caused by 3rd party.
